Daniel W. VarlineDan has practiced in Central Wisconsin since 1996 and is one of the founding members of Davczyk & Varline, LLC. Over the past 25 years, Dan has successfully represented clients in numerous major cases involving catastrophic injuries and multi-million dollar property losses. Everything from explosions to slip and falls with claims for damages including wrongful death, paralysis, brain injuries, burns, property losses, and other permanent physical injuries.
Dan has represented individuals and companies in business litigation including shareholder disputes, fraud, non-compete agreements, breach of fiduciary duties, and theft. Dan has represented and advised municipalities on numerous issues involving zoning, open meetings, walking quorums, land use, condemnation, and many areas of municipal litigation. Dan has also served for several years on a municipal planning commission.
