Daniel M. McGrathDaniel M. McGrath is an associate at Davczyk & Varline, LLC. His practice focuses on both criminal and civil litigation involving personal injuries, products liability, business, construction, employment, and property disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel practiced as a prosecutor for the state of Wisconsin, handling cases from simple traffic forfeitures all the way up to class B felonies. Daniel's unique experience as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney allows him to fully evaluate cases from all perspectives, and give you a no nonsense opinion.

He was also an articles editor on the Journal of Gender, Race, and Justice, and member of the 20th Board. His note on Native American Fractionation of land interests was published in Volume 20, Number 2, spring 2017 edition of the Journal of Gender, Race, and Justice. During his time in law school, Daniel also completed his MBA. This gives him a well rounded and practical approach to the concerns of his business clients.
