Todd J. Koback

Todd is a shareholder at Davczyk & Varline, LLC. He has nine years of litigation experience in Wisconsin state and federal courts. His legal career has journeyed through a number of practice areas, including personal injury, insurance law, product liability, business litigation, appellate practice, criminal defense, contract and transactional work, landlord/tenant disputes, unemployment, worker’s compensation and equal rights. Mr. Koback has argued several cases with statewide impact before Wisconsin’s highest courts, including the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Todd Joseph Koback has been awarded a CV rating by the national publication Martindale-Hubbell. The publication’s ratings are established by attorneys for attorneys and indicate the highest professional and ethical standards in the profession. He was recently named a “Rising Star” in the “Wisconsin Super Lawyers & Rising Stars” list for 2007.

In addition to his education in American law, Mr. Koback studied international law at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. His award-winning 1999 article on European Union affirmative action entitled “The Long, Hard Road to Amsterdam” was published in the Wisconsin International Law Journal.

As a service to fellow attorneys and Wisconsin businesses, Mr. Koback has lectured at private seminars and seminars for the State Bar of Wisconsin.
