is one of the two founding attorneys of Davczyk &
Varline, LLC. He is the senior attorney in the firm and has
over 35 years of experience in the personal injury field. His
legal practice has focused on issues relating to product liability,
automobile and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience
in defending lawsuits involving catastrophic injury to individuals.
The experience includes serving as lead counsel in product liability
cases involving many types of industrial and farm machinery,
chemical products, foundry equipment, toys, sporting equipment,
hydraulics, plastic, glass and other products. His commercial
litigation includes construction disputes, contract litigation,
Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law disputes and insurance disputes.
Clients represented have included: The Bucyris-Erie Corporation,
Tandy Corporation, Teleflex Corporation, Arctic Cat, Wausau
Tile, and many individuals as well as many insurance companies.

Terrance Davczyk has been listed for more than 10 years in

by Woodward White, Inc. The list is a result of the views
of thousands of the best lawyers in the country, and is perhaps
the best referral guide to legal prominence in the country.
Mr. Davczyk has also been listed in the publication which
compiles the "Wisconsin Super Lawyers." The publication
indicates it believes that those on its list comprise the
top five percent of all lawyers in the state of Wisconsin.

Martindale-Hubbell is an "AV" rating. The rating
is awarded only after a peer review and denotes "outstanding

Mr. Davczyk has lectured at the Wisconsin Academy of Trial
