Spencer E. Davczyk

Spencer is a shareholder at Davczyk & Varline, LLC. He is a 2001 Graduate of Marquette University Law School. His practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on jury trials concerning automobile and motorcycle accidents and insurance coverage disputes. His litigation experience also includes products liability, commercial, construction, employment, fire loss, and property disputes.

AWARDS AND RECOGNITION
Spencer Davczyk has been recognized as a Rising Star in Wisconsin Super Lawyers magazine for 2007. According to the Super Lawyers criteria, approximately 2.5 percent of the best up-and-coming attorneys under the age of 40 are named to the Rising Stars list.

In 2000, Spencer won the Commercial Law League of America’s Legal Writing Contest and his article, Aesthetic Functionality in Trade Dress: Post-Secondary Aesthetic Functionality Proposed, was published in Volume 105, Number 3, Fall 2000 edition of the Commerical Law Journal.

Spencer has also had his article, Builder’s Risk Statute of Repose, published in the Winter 2007, Wisconsin Civil Trial Journal.
